Located just north of Dammam in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province, Afan is 100% locally owned. The company was established in 1980 by the late Abdul Wahab Mansour Al Moallem. Today it is still owned by the Al Moallem family, managed by two of Abdul Wahab’s sons, Hussein and Abdullah.
Afan’s main activities are the design and printing of brochures, books, newsletters, leaflets, and annual reports, plus a range of bespoke items such as calendars, special boxes, paper bags, packaging, and merchandizing items. Our operation covers all aspects of design and prepress, CTP, lithographic and digital printing, binding, and also offer a range of special finishes including online foiling.
Our workforce now comprises around 100 skilled professionals. Recently we have embarked on a major expansion program involving relocation to a new purpose-built factory and a complete overhaul of all equipment and machinery.
